SHIPPING WITHIN U.S.: Shipping to customers within the United States is usually $15, Priority Mail, insured. Please contact me for an estimate if you need rush shipping. Shipping to Alaska is $25.

SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES: I regularly ship pickups to other countries including European countries, Canada, Australia, Japan and more. Most packages are shipped Air Parcel Post or Global Priority Mail. Please contact me for shipping costs and times and for duty information.

PAYMENT

PayPal and major credit cards are accepted, with credit cards processed through PayPal. Please contact me for payment details and to discuss your order before attempting to send payment. I do not accept bank transfers, I do not give out my bank information.

GUARANTEE/WARRANTY

You have whatever reasonable time you need to install and get to know your pickups. There is always a period of adjustment while your ears get used to the new sound and while you adjust your amp’s tone controls to the difference in input. If you decide within a resonable time to try something different, they can be returned for exchange, or rewind so that we hit your needs.

In some cases I may request you change the pots in your guitar before I make adjustments to the pickups I sent. Import guitars under the $5,000 range should almost all have their pots and switches changed out. Putting great pickups into these guitars with stock electronics will muffle the sound of the pickups, and no pickups will sound good in them. This is particularly noticeable with P90 equipped guitars which are often underwound and use out of spec cheap pots. In fact just changing out your pots on these guitars may make your pickups sound better on their own.

I guarantee for life against the failure of my pickups under normal circumstances, no matter who owns the pickup. If you have one of my pickups and it fails on its own I will fix it. Pickups damaged in installation will require a repair or rewind fee to fix and will be charged a rewind fee. If someone else works on my pickups this will void the warranty and they will no longer be covered. If you remove the covers from my humbuckers the warranty is voided. If something is wrong with the pickups do not attempt to repair them yourself, do not have anyone work on them, please send them back to me for free repair, doing otherwise voids the warranty. Desoldering the leads on my pickups voids the warranty also. This is all common sense stuff, I stand behind my pickups and should be the only person to repair them under warranty, its free so use it.

Your order is a CONTRACT for work. I do not guarantee a delivery time unless you want to pay a $40 rush fee. I can only give you a guestimate on delivery time, the work changes daily and accuracy is impossible to predict. I do not give refunds except in rare cases, your payment is acceptance of a binding contract to have your work done as stated. If you have any on terms just contact me, its all pretty simple really.

REWINDS, TRADES, AND FREE REWINDS

Rewinds are $65 each coil, not including shipping. Humbucker rewinds are $85 for full rewind and repair.

If you have some really old weirdo pickup that I want to see, I will rewind it for free so that I can photograph and measure it.
I don't do repairs unless you want a pickup rewound. If you have an old PAF I will repair and rewind it for free, I need to get specs off vintage PAF parts, so contact me on this.

I will sometimes trade my pickups for old strange pickups, whether broken or working. It doesn't matter how old, weird or damaged the pickup is; contact me and we'll do a trade. I love old pickups, the weirder the better, working or not.

Please email me to discuss your order and put PICKUPS in the subject line which will make sure I see it. None of my pickups are off-the-shelf; they are all custom orders, so it's essential we have good communication prior to my building your pickups. There is usually a waiting period for delivery since every order is a custom job. Please contact me for payment details and current waiting period times, put PICKUPS in the subject line please.
